Richard Chambers, CEO of the Christchurch Youth Hub - founded by Dame Sue Bagshaw - spoke at the 2025 Grand Orange Lodge of New Zealand meeting about the vital work the organisation is doing with young people across the city, as well as plans for the new Youth Hub, which is currently under development.

In recognition of this important work, the District Mistress of the No. 5 South Island District presented Mr Chambers with a cheque to support the Hub’s activities. He was also honoured by the Grand Master, who presented him with a Jubilee Medal as a memento of his time with the Order.
